All items are made by myself at my home in Nottingham.
Payment
Currently I only accept payment via Paypal.
What is Paypal? - Paypal is a free service that allows you to send and recieve money on the internet using only an email address. It is easy to use and, more importantly, it is also secure. If you don't already have a Paypal account go to www.paypal.com to find out more.
Delivery Schedule All product are clearly marked as stock or made-to-order.
Where products are marked as stock, I aim to get them to you within 2-3 working days. Leadtimes for made-to-order items vary depending on the style, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
If you are requesting an individually commissioned item then you will be advised of the delivery time on enquiry.
Shipping and Handling
All items are clearly marked with individual postage & packing prices. Items are delivered using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed for service, this service is only insured for products valued upto £39. If the item you are purchasing is greater than this value and you would like additional cover then please contact me and I will re-calculate your carriage charge.
Refunds & Exchanges
I only offer refunds & exchanges if the item is faulty or damaged in any way. I will replace your faulty item with the same item or you may choose to exchange it for something new, alternatively I will refund you by cheque.
To return faulty or damaged goods you must email me at april@aprilmarietextiles.com or telephone +44 (0) 7907 86 87 48 for return authorisation.
Please wrap the returns securely and include the original invoice with your return.All items must be returned by recordered post in their original condition. I regret that I am unable to refund postage or pay for your postage costs at this time.
Please note that my returns policy is only valid for 14 days from the date of receipt.
Custom Orders
If you've seen an item but would like it in a different colour way or it has sparked other ideas for a custom made item then please do not hesitate to contact me for a brainstorm. I am happy to make items to suit your requirements.
